Looks good, I’m a recent convert to yoga, I’m really enjoying it 😎
Me too. It’s a workout in itself. 🧘🏻♀️ 🙏🏼

Me too. I do Reformer pilates and in fact after yesterday's session, where we had new moves, I am sore everywhere this morning 😩😩
But it's made my back so good I can spend all day in the garden without pain, first time ever!
I’d like to do Reformer, IP, only done mat work so far. Another thing to add to my “must do” list! It is so good for back strengthening, innit? We do weights (just little ones) too, and my upper body strength is improving so much! Hope the soreness abates soon. 😱
The Reformer is brilliant. I did Mat pilates for years but the Reformer gets results much quicker. It's great for overall strengthening Sadie but especially those small but important muscles that make everything work as they should! I do weights in the gym anyway which helps with some of the pilates too but each helps the other if you know what I mean! The overall aim of the Reformer is to strengthen the back and make the body supple.
I hope the soreness goes, I have a race tomorrow and atm can't move very well 🙄😂
