I found him 😍 I usually listen to podcasts to help me fall asleep as they distract my busy mind. I heard about 10 minutes so he worked a treat 😂 I’ll have to listen again when I’m awake

I've seen this but never managed to get it to play... it comes up on Spotify but won't load...

Yes, the news letter is brilliant. I commented and he answered me personally and we chatted for a bit, he made me feel so much better about my running, and I was utterly starstruck!!

They started off about 30 minutes but gradually got longer, now averaging about 45!

Oh, that's awesome! I've read so much about Couch Bennett here that I have been very tempted to see if I can switch my German NRC version out (because these coaches are just okay... not all that inspiring, imo). Now I can just add his podcast to my list of pods! Thanks!!!
