Ok I did 2.5 (well 3k) and tacked on 4 of the 30:20:10’s. I’ve never done any interval training before. Liked it! Oh and I sort of tried a plank.
Out for a 5k this morning. My question is should I do the interval training on days when I don’t do the longer runs? What do you do fellow Magic 10k runners?
