๐๐ปโโ๏ธThis mornings run: Nice quick 3.5k as my 2nd run of week 3 of JuJuโs Magic Plan! And that means on Saturday itโs 7k ๐ณ and return to my gorgeous, new route alongside ex-rail lines and - once I get beyond 8k - canal side trail!
๐ฆSo really looking forward to it. Weather looks mixed, Sunday actually better than Saturday.
๐บ And on RunLEJOG, Iโve just passed gorgeous looking Bickleigh with thatched cottages and a 14th century bridge!

Well done CBDB , itโs so satisfying ticking off those runs on the Magic Plan isnโt it, I did exactly the same and the completed sheet with scribbles and notes added is an important part of my running memorabilia ๐
Yes, ticking of achievements is great! And celebrating every single run! (I fear my scribbles are all digital nowadays, but I used to have notebooks full of ticked off tasks! ๐คฃ)

Thanks. I might do the 7k on Sunday, as my legs feel like they need a day more recovery. I get some tiny knee niggles sometimes, and I take these warning signs to mean doing another recovery day. Usually works. Weather is also supposed to be better on Sun, but I might just not be able to wait!

Well done ๐. The Magic plan is great I think Iโll be starting it after the holidays. Still working on getting back to 5 k. Then up to 60 minutes again. But the Magic Plan is on my New Years agenda. Happy running ๐โโ๏ธ ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐๐
