ππ»ββοΈThis mornings run: Nice quick 3.5k as my 2nd run of week 3 of JuJuβs Magic Plan! And that means on Saturday itβs 7k π³ and return to my gorgeous, new route alongside ex-rail lines and - once I get beyond 8k - canal side trail!
π¦So really looking forward to it. Weather looks mixed, Sunday actually better than Saturday.
πΊ And on RunLEJOG, Iβve just passed gorgeous looking Bickleigh with thatched cottages and a 14th century bridge!

Well done CBDB , itβs so satisfying ticking off those runs on the Magic Plan isnβt it, I did exactly the same and the completed sheet with scribbles and notes added is an important part of my running memorabilia π
Yes, ticking of achievements is great! And celebrating every single run! (I fear my scribbles are all digital nowadays, but I used to have notebooks full of ticked off tasks! π€£)

Thanks. I might do the 7k on Sunday, as my legs feel like they need a day more recovery. I get some tiny knee niggles sometimes, and I take these warning signs to mean doing another recovery day. Usually works. Weather is also supposed to be better on Sun, but I might just not be able to wait!

Well done π. The Magic plan is great I think Iβll be starting it after the holidays. Still working on getting back to 5 k. Then up to 60 minutes again. But the Magic Plan is on my New Years agenda. Happy running πββοΈ πββοΈπββοΈπππ
