Happy Christmas. I'm off in a mo for my long run, not sure if it's going to be the 10k , but I'll try ! I do a bit of a balance on one leg whilst brushing my teeth . Totally agree with keeping it going over Christmas and New year, however not all ways that easy with monster hangovers xxx
I've just got back after my first 10 k ....πββοΈ I was very snail , 1h.29m, but at least I did it. Also I'm not too cream crackered . Was fun plodding on past everyone enjoying their Christmas eve walks . Can relax and enjoy the festivities π
Soooo glad you posted ju-ju! Thatβs me decided then. 10k on Thursday it is! Did my new hilly awesome parkrun this weekend, followed today by my (rather slow due to G&T consumption last night) 4k this morning, so Thursday will be The Day! And Iβll have my new Garmin to help!
Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy 2019. πππ₯ Iβll be joining you again on your next Magic 10 if youβll have me? πββοΈπββοΈππ
Thank you for your posts. I have recently, gist week of December graduated in C25K. Although I had joined bridge to 10k I was still running my C25K however I feel ready now to go for the new challenge although in my recent runs I have been able in a couple of times to hit the 10k mark. I need to do it right and if there is structure follow that and hopefully graduate too .
Please can I be part of your new programme commencing 11/1/19. Also can I ask what it will look like or you intend to roll out the plan then? I am asking because I just want to assess my capability to the program just in case. Is it still a target to achieve 10k run?
