Did it! 💪 The wind was gusty, the rain mostly held off, but oh my word the humidity!
Not speedy, but I had no expectations today. I’m definitely a cool weather runner I’ve decided. But hey, got round, didn’t walk and although it wasn’t a parkrun PB by any stretch, it was sub 40 minutes which was my goal today.
Bring on my 7k on Monday. Hope it’s cooler. 🏃♀️🏃♀️
