7k done and can't quite believe it!

Absolutely beautiful day in Exeter, getting used to the Garmin and on week 3 of the magic 10 plan.

Round and round the playing field, is it really only 3.5k!! Only half way😳 I had the area almost to myself which was wonderful.

It wasn't an easy run today, I focused on how good I would feel afterwards and dug deep

5k, finally feeling easier, worked on lifting my feet more, I'm a shuffler.Hills and more hills, still another 0.5k to go, let's hit the park. Ghostpoet on my playlist, inspired me with "I ain't finished' And that was it, rather proud of myself, for some reason it sounds like a long distance!

Home and was congratulated by my partner who has recently joined me for running, he's not new to it and sets a good pace😁

It was hot and I was pretty sweaty but still had lunges and squats as instructed by the physio, why does this feel so hard I pondered, oh yeah, my legs have just run 43 minutes non stop!!

Then shower, relax, tea and guilt free lemon drizzle cake😉

This is why I run. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Yay CH! Well done! 7k is fab! 👏👏👏 I’m recently back from my 6.5k (slower than your 7k!) and I’m chuffed as ninepence! Next week will be my 7k.🏃‍♀️

Aren’t we flipping clever? Oh, and kudos for the squats and lunges after. I scoffed breakfast! 😅

Well done to you as well cheeky. We're amazing! I did an accidental 6.5k last week due to getting lost! 😳🤣🏃‍♀️

Not always easy but always worth it😁

That’s a great run even when you weren’t feeling it you dug in and focused on the positives. You really earned that lemon drizzle 🍰

well done👍😀

Well done Crawlhome, you are doing brilliantly. 7k seems such a step from c25k doesn’t it?

I hope didn’t crawl home to the lemon drizzle 🍰
