Hi everyone
I’ve been keeping up my running over the last week but only a maximum of 5k as I’ve been working really late and supporting a friend who’s going through a hard time.
So this afternoon, having worn my gym kit all day I finally head to the gym with a new playlist ready for 5k.
Headphones in, music on and I hit 5k at a reasonable pace (for me). The treadmill stops but I still have more in the tank so carry on for the final 2k after a 3 min break to get water and change treadmill (please tell me this still counts???).
I haven’t run 7k in such a long time I’m so happy - and I feel like I could carry on!!
