Finally !

Never thought I'd complete the programme but I did yesterday. It took me longer than it should as I had to repeat one week three times.

I'm just wrestling with the possibility of taking Michael's advice and carry on running 5 k three times a week !

Very well done indeed. A smiley day for you!

Yes consolidation is now the order of the day and then....well, sky’s the limit!

Well done Chapelle. The consolidation phase is an important one before increasing your running distance , and a great time to try out different runs. Enjoy being your own boss. 😃

Congratulations for completing the programme. Now time for consolidating those running legs and running just to enjoy it. 😀

Well done! Lots of things to try now, Park Runs, possibly join a local running group, that walk jog run training (that I've yet to have a proper go at), running up hills, running down hills, running new places. Have a play around with Strava or Runkeeper, then when you're bored again try Bridge to 10k. See you on the bridge?

Thanks for your encouraging ideas. It would be a shame to revert back to the couch potato wouldn't it ?
