Hi all, I did my latest Parkrun this morning. The official time was 30:17, so not too bad 🙂 I’d have liked to get under 30 mins but sadly that didn’t happen. 😕 It was a lot chillier than I thought it would be so looks like I’m going to have to invest in some warmer gear before winter kicks in! ❄️☃️

Not long now to my first timed run 🏃‍♂️ next Sunday so hopefully I’ll get through it ok and get my first bit of bling 😀🤞🏅

Thanks Lorijay, I’ll do my best anyway. 😊It’s a cross country 5 mile run. Never done cross country before 😳 If all goes to plan I’m doing a 10K timed road race 3 weeks later. 👍🤞

Well done! ... look's like a good time to me! Don't forget it can take several seconds to get over the start so you were actually faster than that.

That’s excellent David- it was chilly out there today and I started with my jacket on for the 1st K. All the best for your race next Sunday 🏃‍♂️👏👏👏
