Hi everyone, this is the third week in a row that I've had something good to post about!
Yes! ... at Parkrun this morning I did it again ... 32:59, another PB ... I'm thrilled!
Last Saturday I celebrated 50 Parkruns and the week before was my previous long awaited PB.
Fingers crossed I can keep the ball rolling for a few more weeks.

Thanks. Not too bad, no rain but a bit chilly! Perhaps that helped with my time, maybe I ran faster to keep warm!

Yippee! I had a parkrun pb too! Well done for doing 50 parkruns, I've only done 7 as I hate the competitive feel of them & loads of people but it does make me raise my game & plod a bit faster!

Like you I'm not competitive so I hang back at the start to avoid being overtaken by the masses and then usually find I'm running in a reasonable sized gap.

Well done Wizzie! You're on a roll! Lovely feeling to make progress isn't it - since I decided to go for 10k my PB's have started to roll in thick and fast too, it's great! 😁
