What fabulous progress in such a short time! 😊🍾🥂🎉🏅👏🏻👍☀️🏃🏻🤸‍♂️🏃🏻🤸‍♂️🏃🏻🤸‍♂️I like awarding myself 'medals' even if they are virtual or paper and laminated for any celebratory achievement, that's why I have given you one. Enjoy you smiling I hope that it lasts a long time. Well done on your PB! 😊

Thanks for the medal I love it. the only reason I got through the c25k plan Was due to people like yourself and others who always give encouragement and support which Is just what we all need sometimes when the going gets tough Cheers😀👍👏

Wowsers!! Excellent. Under 30 mins . That's my goal. Be really proud of yourself and tell everyone! 😁😁. I would 👏🎉

Hi Deals1 thanks. I aimed for the magic 30 and slowly it,s chipped down (and up) from there, usually the runs you expect the least from you gain the most. The most important message I took from the C25k plan is running for 30mins regardless of time and if possible enjoy it along the way. If not whilst running certainly the sense of achievement afterwards. All the best with your sub 30 😀👍

Hi CC Yes thanks just a bit 😀 did you run or volunteer today? 😀

I volunteered today, giving my legs a little extra break after my 10k. I love volunteering - I did barcode scanning which is my favourite role! 😀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🏃🐕🐕

I don’t know how you manage that barcode scanning I would get all confused and mixed up😀

I love it, and as long as you remember to ‘put the runner first’, and scan the bar code before the token, it’s pretty straightforward. I had to send a few away to be manually recorded - sweaty crumpled barcodes are never good!

I’d be scared doing the timekeeping though! 😳

Yes mine got a bit like that and I always forgot to get it ready for scanning, so now I’ve bought one of the bracelets with the code on 😀

I want one of those too - I’m deciding which colour! 😀

I love bar code scanning too but would never time keep!

Nor me. I’d definitely get in a tizz and mess up somehow! 😅

Hi MutleyShuffle how was your run today😀

It was quite hard work! A cold wind and shingle strewn over the promenade, a bit dicey! Managed to improve on my time though so I'm happy 😊

Great on the time improvement. 👏👏Conditions were same for parkrun today loads of shingle on the prom. 😀

Fabulous time Runsome! I’ll be doing a Hastings Parkrun this summer at some point as my son and his family have just moved there.
