W4R1 ticked off

After a month or so of 5k x 3 times per week, I ran 7k on Monday morning at a respectable pace followed by another 3.2k in the evening accompanying my wife who's in w7 of C25K. I reckoned that put me at the end of week 3 of Bridge to 10k, so today I did my 4k to start week 4. All went well, it was only in my 4th kilometre that I noticed there was a strong headwind! I continued to focus on my posture, foot strike and cadence and I'm feeling more like a runner now and not just some old bloke out running!

I have 2 days away with work for the rest of the week so I plan on doing my 8k run on Saturday and the 5k next Monday.
