It would be unfair to mention any one person in particular, but I truly hope you all know who you are and thank you so so much. For picking me up, for reading / listening when you didn’t have to and for all the encouragement along the way.

Above all, thanks to Ju-Ju for creating such an achievable plan, yes I skipped a couple of weeks, but only because I felt completely at ease with that decision (I’ll go to the naughty step!)

I started C25K again on 16th April, graduated on 4th July and now, Saturday 1st September, I have just run 10K for the first time ever, and as its my first time I set a PB as well lol. It was hard, very hard. I had to walk a bit toward the end as the cramp returned – but I did it. Music had to be ju-ju- ’s “Panther Run” Playlist on Spotify

Below is just bit of fun – my recorded time for the race was: 1:16:27 #bedfordtwilight10k

And now, the end is here

And so I faced my final run

My VRB’s, I'll say it clear

I'll state my time, of which I'm certain

I've run a race that's full

I've travelled each and every course way

But more, much more than this

I did it Ju-Ju’s way

Injuries, I've had a few

Why did I start? I forget to mention

I did what I had to do

I love and hated it, without exemption

I planned each charted k

Each careful step, even on my rest days

And more, much more than this

I did it Ju-Ju’s way

Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew

When I bit off more than I could chew

But through it all, when there was doubt

You guys ate it up and spit it out

I faced it all and I stood tall (when I could!)

And did it Ju-Ju’s way

I've loved it, I've laughed and cried

I've had my fill, my share of losing

And now, as tears subside

I find it all so amusing (and painful!)

To think I did all that (I really did!!)

And may I say - not in a shy way

oh no, not me

I did it Ju-Ju’s way

For what is a man, what has he got

If not for VRB’s, then he has naught

To look at the things he truly see’s

And not eat all, the red EJB’s

The record shows, I took the blows
