Hi there! Well done for your progress, and for your enthusiasm to continue, that's brilliant!!

I cannot personally recommend a 10K app, but I have heard good reports of Training Peaks - not free, but it does look pretty excellent.

I realise you are looking for an app, but may I also suggest our own 10K plan? 10 is the Magic Number! Specific to this forum, and run by our own ju-ju- , this is a simple rolling plan you can follow at your own whim. We're just about to go into Week 3 of the 'live' plan, but it can be started any time:

Anyhow, good luck with the rest of C25K and beyond, and have fun 😊

Hi, I’d agree with Roseabi- I’ve just finished Ju-Ju’s 10 is the magic number plan and it worked brilliantly for me! I’m now a 10K runner and it’s inspired me to take on more challenges🏃‍♂️

Good luck, whatever you decide to do! 😀👍

I´m starting week 8 today, but will probably take other 4 weeks after graduation to start the bridge to 10 K. I have read some posts and that's what's been suggested, which I think it's quite reasonable :)! That will give me time enough to join the next round of 10 is the magic number, I think.

Well done for getting to wk 8... I think 4 weeks is a reasonable gap to consolidate all your hard work... I may actually do the same 😊
