Planning ahead?

Is it just me, or do all runners think about their running route on rest days? I am only doing a Thursday 5k but going through in my mind which direction I will go. Working up my enthusiasm levels because it will be an early, dark run just so I have a reason to use my headtorch (new toy)!!

That post made me laugh out loud! Yes! I think about running incl. routes all the time. My computer gives me away - all the adds my browser chooses for me are about running gear and even a running vacation in Mallorca!

Cool pic 😎 . Thinking ahead to runs is more fun than the actual starting minutes of one for me.

I do like to dream of where I could run. It is more of a "thinking about an area" than a specific planning. More visually myself.

Yep, me too! I will be running later this morning and am already excited - my trails and tracks are so beautiful at the moment. Can't wait to get out there. Enjoy yours ☺

I have changed from trail to town running. Need to head out to the woods soon

So beautiful in the woods just now Joolie🍁🍂 but it's good to train on all terrains, I think.🙂

I've just been planning my weekend long run via Google Maps and Street View... I've done 7.5k so far and my mouse finger is going to have a short break and coffee before the return leg... Are those men in the white coats coming for me????

Only the day before? I think about it for months sometimes! I have many runs in my plan chest, different distances etc, some way beyond my present capabilities, but I'll do them some day!

Yes, probably! 😁As you can see by my post I had the route planned in my head from yesterday and thinking what the weather would be like and dress accordingly, no I don't think it gooky, we have great imagination in particular floss!😊
