Lovely final 10K down centurion way. Stopped for lots of photos to put in the memory bank. Had a great time and now it’s pack the suitcase time as I head back to the sandpit for another tour of a different kind. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and encouraged me. It’s a great place this forum 👍 I’ll be back!! In the meantime happy running you wonderful peeps on here. 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Thank you Deb! I’ll be keeping an eye on everyone’s efforts from afar and maybe posting the odd run or two. But sadly mostly on dreadmill from now on 😢

Can't do treadmills - always have that vision of pressing the wrong thing and zooming off the end as always happens in comedy sketches. Took me about two months to pluck up the courage and get a gait analysis done 😂
