Well I had the shock of my life today I checked my Garmin and I haven’t run since 2nd February and that was only a short 4K run. So I’ve told myself tomorrow I put my running shoes on and go for a run. God knows how long/far I will be able to do so will be happy with 5k. It’s not that I’ve been lazy I was ill for about 2 weeks but have still been going to the gym so hopefully my fitness is not to bad.

Just read your profile. I take my hat off to you 5k in 32 minutes wow my pb is 28 mins but I’m 36
I'll need to get a little more practice if I want to run a 5K in that record time that I ran it last October, I have been doing a little running recently but if anyone asked me to try and run a 5K now I doubt if I could do it, once the weather is warmer I'll restart my running with a rerun of week 3 of C25K 😊 🏃 I did it last year for exercise rather than a start on a journey to a HM or marathon.
You’ll probably surprise yourself if you’ve been going to the gym you will be fine 👍🏻👍🏻
