Hi guys!

So I’ve been off for three weeks due to being away at a music festival then we were all full of cold when we got back so I decided not to rush back into it until I was feeling well.

Anyway, went out yesterday and decided to ease back in slowly and did a gentle 4K at my usual 8k pace. It was nice and relaxed, in my favourite place along the beach and it was much cooler than the last time I went for a run so I really enjoyed myself. Really feeling it in the calves today though despite a long warm up and cool down walk. Looking forward to a 5k tomorrow then I think I’m going to go back a few weeks on the plan and just do a 6k at the weekend then increase slowly from there, I’m baaaaaack 😁🏃🏻‍♀️🙌

Good to see you back and lovely to hear how you are enjoying it. All the best for your onward running journey.

Cool beach runs, sounds heavenly! I'm so jealous. Very well done and keep it up! I'm going through a few couch to 5k+ which is very slowly helping my stamina and speed! I can't run anymore than 5k yet, but I hope to do so over the next few months.
