Haha, I once was talked into doing a 5k run with a mate after a few too many beers. He's super fit and can do 10k in 40 minutes. I was still on week 8 of C25K 😂 We did it the next day - I've never been so exhausted in my life. Anyhow, best of luck!

Wife and two daughters have done it on a few occasions.Not recently.
Their mother and grandmother is from South Shields and lived very close to the finish.
I know the course quite well
Although I have never ran it.
