Great North Run today

Apologies I haven't been on here in all of 3 months, many many things happening in my life taking up time.

Anyhow, did the Great North Run in 2.18 today, big PB and will post a full report tomorrow.

Welcome back Chris and congratulations on your great time in the GNR👏👏👏🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

I’m tempted to do it next year. However have only been running occasionally outside and on the treadmill. I much prefer to run in the cooler weather and now I’m retired I’m too lazy to go early doors in the hor weather and much prefer have a morning cuppa in bed with hubby ha!

Now the cooler weather is around the corner I shall be doing more out door running.
