1st run after graduating

Really glad I decided to run going a repeat of a W9 run on the app, I had never really experienced ‘the gremlins ‘ before & it was a real struggle pushing through them as I tried a new route this morning with a small hill after 1K plus had to cross 3 roads, that’s a skill I need to develop. Still managed a 5K with a slightly improved pace time so pleased with that 😅

Many thanks, how many times does the app let you rerun the W9 runs, thought I would keep using it for at least the next 2 weeks until I have done my Big Funrun 5K
