I had 2 days rest after doing my first 10K this week so decided to take myself out for a lunchtime run. Decided to use Laura’s podcast for stamina as my background & to run where I fancied as I went along. Really enjoyed the run & ended up doing 5.4K & finishing down by the pool by Melbourne Hall near where I live.

Think I could like just running for fun with no specific distance goal in mind 🀣
