Finally did my first park run today having graduated c25k in July. As you can see from the picture my local park run is well supported with 440 runners today. Really enjoyed running with other people and pleased with my time of 33.07, even managed to run up the hill twice πŸ˜€πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done! Glad you enjoyed it! πŸ˜ƒβ€οΈ

We had nearly 500 at Birkenhead this morning, but I’ve never had such an impressive view of us all running together. That looks like there’s thousands of you! πŸ˜‚

What big numbers! We had 120 at Montrose today and I think that’s plenty! No parkrun at Montrose next week but we’re all being encouraged to go to Stonehaven instead - they usually get just under fifty and it’s their second birthday next week so hopefully they’ll get a wee boost. Stonehaven has hills though ...steep ones apparently...
