Well my first run after a park run that was bloody hard don’t know if I drunk enough water or just wasn’t feeling it today or might have been the sun not used to running in the sun 😅 never mind km in the legs that’s what is important lol

Happy running

It might just be that you pushed yourself a bit harder than usual at Parkrun and everything is a bit achey? Lots of lovely sunny running going on this morning. As the weather gets warmer, remember to drink more water every day to stay hydrated. It really makes a difference. 💦

We've been so used to running in sleet and wind and rain , so the sunshine is great.

It could be you ran harder at parkrun or it could be hydration. I still stick to the 2-3 litres per day . Or maybe none if those reasons, some runs can just feel tougher for no reason 😊
