Hi guys,
I have a way to go 8 more C25K runs left but I’d like advice on what app/podcast people like so I know what to go with what to avoid.
Thanks in advance 😊
Hi guys,

I ran with Jo Whiley on the c25k app - I couldn’t get on with Michael Johnson or Sarah Millican but I know others loved them. The nhs podcast with Laura is good too but you can’t play your own music. Have fun.
No app for bridge to 10k. Go into the pin posts and find ju-ju-‘s plan for going to 10k. It’s a programme of runs. You can sign up with her for support too.
I gave them all a go! You can change run to run, so I changed each run, especially as the weeks where the runs were the same were just repeats... boring after a while. The downloaded podcasts are just Laura, none of the other celebs, but they have more chat and tips which is good. The main difference was the music. App = less guidance, personal music choice as you can run both together. Podcasts = More great advice, but questionable music. I mixed it up to get the best of both.
Good luck with the programme, you're going to love it! 💫🏃♀️💨🏃♂️💨💫
Ello, have you read the 'what next' in the FAQ? Written especially to suggest options for beyond C25K. Lots of us recommend the ju-ju- plan as Tasha99 has said - but don't forget the C25K+ podcasts as well and a wealth of other options for doing more with your running. Good luck with the end of C25K! I also had Jo as my trainer - so friendly!
Thanks I have been reading up a bit on here I’ll make sure I check out what next 😊
healthunlocked.com/couchto5... in case you need the link. Don't forget - the most important thing is to enjoy your post-grad runs
