Hi forum, so today the NHS has tagged a app on the C25K Health unlocked app.
I have downloaded it and running it in conjunction with the ju ju plan, I was afraid that my BMI was going to be lets just say I wasn't smiling Ha Ha, but I knew that already, I think its great as these types of apps makes you wanna achieve your goals.
As a strong ๐ช ๐ฏ determined type of person, I think this will be my biggest challenge, after quiting smoking 2010 after smoking for 32years I never thought I would be able to, but I did with willpower and a couple of weeks on the patches.
But this NHS one is i think the biggest ๐ค, as the Majority of the world is dare I say it overweight,obese etc the pressure on,but I wanna do it for me thou..,
But because its food our natural function thats what's makes it difficult, eating the right things and all that, and small treats is not enough.
But with this app C25K its taught me lots of positive and mentally Attitudes, and will tackle this with that in mind.
Coincidentally when I was at the gym, before ๐ down my personal trainer chap who does your biometric thing says, he is solid muscle etc and according to the BMI is classed as obese, I said to him cheers that doesn't help, I think with all this statistics and science its confusing, so I will stick to the plan and hopefully look back in 12 weeks and feel Rewarded ๐ like I did with C25K Plan as I now can jog/run for 60min all be it ๐ pace, I went for Stamina rather than speed.
