Hello HoagyM- I found GymBoss was the simplest to set up. I tweaked the timings of the ‘run walk run’ setting and it just beeps at you at the appropriate moment. Very simple but perhaps a variation in beep would be even better.
Interval Timer has a nice interface but I couldn’t get to grips with all the (unnecessary) options; another called Timer was too garish with a cluttered interface.
I’d be interested to know which ones you find/choose as there are lots out there.
Thanks - I need to have something that works on the Apple Watch (I don't take the phone with me when running), so I think it's going to be either Interval Timer or Seconds. Will give them a try and let you know what I think.
