In the past 10days since I finished my 50 mile challenge I 've only run twice. Both 5k events. I'm just too tired at 530 6am to go out and run and it's just too hot after that. Last night was the first time I thought it might be cool enough and I had a runners boot camp session. That was great but I need to run!!!

Everyone on here also seems to be struggling with the heat but at least getting out !!

Here's hoping I can get out tomorrow for at least 5k. First time ever I've been hoping that the temperature drops. Seems I'm more of a runner than a sunbather these days 🀣

I got out for a 5k jog yesterday at just after six. I ran slowly and was ok. It was cooler by then and there was a goodly amount of welcome cloud cover

I think I might try tonight or definitely tomorrow xx it's quite nice now so should be good by 6 7 pm 😁

Blooming hell!! I suffer from fatigue after a brain injury so going out much later than 7 8 pm would be a killer for me , even if I’ve had an easy day my brain just gets fuddled as the day gets later . I then get clumsy so running would not be good lol. Well done you . 11pm , I’ve been a sleep at least an hour by then.

well done on completing the challenge, and I find if you just make yourself get up then you actually feel energised for the rest of the day rather than tired...
