Two years ago I started my journey for C25K and after a false start (knee injury and school summer holidays) I restarted again in September 2016 subsequently graduating in December 2016 - yay!
Since then I have kept my running up and try and go out 3 times a week depending on how busy I am and the weather. June has been really busy so I therefore sacrificed my running. I never realised how much I enjoyed running until that 3/4 week break. I've now been back running 5k for the past week and am enjoying it once again although the heat does get to me.
It's got me thinking that I would like to hit 10k as my next goal as I've been running without a goal in mind. I've started to get bored with my local routes and the gremlins do jump out at me so, what is your advice on starting to increase my distance. Do I do the stamina podcast and if so do I keep repeating it or is there a podcast on here which I just can't find?
I welcome your pointers in setting me up for my next journey.

I've tried to post a reply to you three times now and it keeps getting deleted!
Good for you for keeping the running up, it's hard sometimes. You've built a great base to increase to 10K and the training and beyond should present no problem for you. You can so your own thing by increasing distance slowly or you could join our own ju-ju- 's plan here. It's well structured and you're in very good hands. Take a look and see what you think. Lots of people here have done it so you'd be in good company.
Thanks for that. I think I'll attempt Ju-Ju's plan. Looking at my Strava distances I've gone up to 6K a few times so I shall see where this journey takes me!
