In the water 😂. Not sure I’m ready for this quite yet as I’ve only just graduated and need to consolidate and speed up a bit (a lot!) first. But thought I’d get to know what it’s like ‘on the other side’ and assure myself your not all speedy, scary, sergeant major, shouty, triathlete types haha
Hopefully I’ll be able to join you ‘officially’ soon 👍😁

Yes SandieF , I an in the same boat. Enjoying the running and unsure whether I want to do longer than 5k, but when I get there I may feel differently. Notice that I said when not if. 😉
I am totally with you on the ‘when’ not ‘if’. In fact I can’t wait to say I’ve done 5k. But can’t see myself stopping there either. I like to have a goal even if it’s just an extra 0.01 of a K 😂. Still slow &steady eh 👍
Well I managed 4.5k along the prom this morning and with 1 more run before Parkrun on Saturday I might even make it all the way. I have just downloaded Strava and I like the way it tells me my pace every 500m so I will be able to control it. My running buddy hubby will be doing his 50th Parkrun so he will be well ahead of me. 🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️☀️😎
Hi Sandie and welcome! Everyone is lovely here - just us c25ker grads from when time began!! 😬 Same achievements, questions and support but this time for 10K or other. 😊😊
Hi Jenny. Thank you. That’s good to know. Now I’m really looking forward to starting a whole new programme but I’m determined to do my 3 weeks consolidation first. Feeling something almost like excitement now 😂
