I’d decided to try a little run this morning nearly 3 weeks after my toe injury. My toe was feeling much happier and less painful-so probably isn’t broken- hurrah- I’d been walking regularly for the past week with only mild discomfort so out I went this morning. I was thinking of a 10 minute jog and then a walk home but I felt really good and after a 20 minutes slow run I was back home. Sooooo pleased there seemed to be no issues with my toe while running other than I could feel it a little bit tender. It’s aching now but I’ll rest it this morning and see how I go.
