Wk1 Magic 10 Done 🤩

Last run of week 1 today 😆 ... by the beach! All through c25k I’d avoided running here, not sure why as it was AMAZING!🙌👌

Now I’m planning to come back... at sunrise, sunset, when the tide is in & out, in the mist, rain, sun, snow, with the kids... the list goes on! 🤩👌

I chose the quietest area... & ran my 5k 🏃‍♀️🙌Heading back to the car I couldn’t resist walking on the sand, I had the beach to myself & it was beautiful!

Super run today! 💛🐚

It really is a treat! I’m very lucky to live so close!👌

I ran along a tarmac path at the side of the beach which is perfect... but I did jump down onto the wet sand & tried out a jog on there... it felt amazing, so bouncy & light to run on, I can see myself doing a full run on it! 🤩🙌👌
