I Completed my run 2 last night and although I did follow it through to the very end I found it alot harder than Monday's run 1. Here's hoping run 3 will be better but I am thinking I may give myself an extra day in-between 😊

Yes that’s ok. No rush. Slow and steady 👍😃🏃‍♀️

Yup, I’m with Miss W. on this - 2 days rest now and again is good! And some runs are just hard, for no real reason. But those runs still build your fitness and stamina, so all good. 👏

Well done! I am just a wee bit ahead in the programme, so clearing the path of rubble and branches for you. 😁

It’s definitely worth giving yourself an extra rest day from time to time. Are you doing ju-ju’s programme? I hope you enjoy it. 😀
