Just completed the stamina podcast (35mins) and didn’t find it too bad to go those extra 5 mins - sweating and heart pumping but able to take normal breaths all the way through so feel good - that 5K may be within reach after all then I’ll move onto the 10K! #happyrunning

Really well done, I found the transition to 10k easier that couch to 5k I guess because the groundwork has been done already.
