I finished Juju’s program a few days ago: last Tuesday with the 10K . I found it ok . I still find the first 20 mins of a run hard going but my legs sort of have been going into a rhythm with the longer distances . I found it quite relaxing as I found my mind wondering off ...
Could I get the 10K badge please ?

Well done on your 10K! It is a great distance and you're so right about the first part of a run...never judge a run by how you feel in the first kilometre, I reckon! Happy running!🙂
