It was an absolutely brilliant experience, 650 runners, need to check where I finished but it doesn't matter, I just ran 10k in 1 hour 3 minutes when last September I couldn't run 100 meters so very chuffed, happy and proud. Now to start planning the next one!!!

Hoping to be by next weekend. Physio suggested a short jog to test the waters π
