After running 14k at the end of February, March has been a tricky running month for a variety of reasons but I appear to have saved the best for last.
After a quickest ever 5k about a week ago today I set off determined to get back to the magic 10k and lo and behold came home in 1 hour 8 minutes to knock 4 minutes off my PB.
One of those days when everything came together, it was dry and warm enough, the pace seemed right and the breathing was steady.
Feeling very happy and now looking forward to the Blyth 10k next weekend.
Run happy, run safe.

Wow, very impressive! Iβm stuck in Norwich for work - back to Devon tomorrow night so am planning my 10k for Sunday, if u have the energy. Wonβt get anywhere near your pace though! Still, gives me something to aim for!
