Morning

Feel a bit of a fraud posting on here as I’m not ran a 10k nor am I training to do so ....yet.😃

I’m on my second week of just consolidating my running , my goal is 3 x 5k a week last week I managed it, this week only 2 ( life eh? What can you do)

Just wanted to say that I read a lot of the posts on here as there very informative and provide lots of information for me and I’m sure others ,who are kinda in limbo - no mans land - area of just getting started with running.

Happy easter everyone , keep up the good posts 👍🏻

Youre not a fraud. I did te same as you when I first graduated from c25k and joined this forum., that is consolidated my runs for a bit. I was a bit hesistant and apologetic about joining, but eveyone welcomed me and encouraged me. There was no pressure to begin working towards 10k, though I intended to eventually.

A very happy Easter to you too, and welcome! Sounds to me as if you are in exactly the right place. Consolidating is very important but it's nice to have an idea of what may lie ahead so as to stay motivated. And life does get in the way. I had a very hard time freeing myself up to run in the early days around the time of graduating, and had to radically reshuffle my routine which was a big deal for me and not easy - lots of trial and error - but immeasurably improved my life. So don't worry, you will find a way.
