Youre not a fraud. I did te same as you when I first graduated from c25k and joined this forum., that is consolidated my runs for a bit. I was a bit hesistant and apologetic about joining, but eveyone welcomed me and encouraged me. There was no pressure to begin working towards 10k, though I intended to eventually.
Happy Easter to you too. Your plan sounds great, and this is definitely the right place for you, and for anyone who has graduated etc.... well done on your graduation too ๐
I keep feeling like that...but as someone kindly pointed out the other day...this IS Bridge to 10K...so you are fully entitled to be here...so enjoy ๐Happy Easter to you too ๐
A very happy Easter to you too, and welcome! Sounds to me as if you are in exactly the right place. Consolidating is very important but it's nice to have an idea of what may lie ahead so as to stay motivated. And life does get in the way. I had a very hard time freeing myself up to run in the early days around the time of graduating, and had to radically reshuffle my routine which was a big deal for me and not easy - lots of trial and error - but immeasurably improved my life. So don't worry, you will find a way.
