Is there an app like the NHS one for c25k that does the bridge to 10k? π
App for b210k: Is there an app like the NHS... - Bridge to 10K
App for b210k
You can use the c25k one twice in one night π€£
I don't believe there is an App but Juju does regular plans on here or you could just look at gradually extending distances yourself by a manageable amount each time, consolidating when needed. Make sure you keep us updated on your progress.
There is a 10k plan on this site devised by Ju ju. It is three different length runs a week for 6 weeks. You can start it any time once you are happy with running 5k.
Here is the link to it.
I liked the Sami Murphy Podcasts, but they are structured in a very different way to ju-ju- 's so won't suit everyone. I needed to have the voice in my ear telling me when to run and when to stop, and I liked having some intervals to break up the time. Sami's taste in music was much better than Laura's (on the couch25k podcasts) thankfully.

It might be useful.
Thank you Madmidwife, I was going to ask the same thing! And thanks too to those who replied- no excuses left now! Oh, its pouring ππ€£π
I found this one called Couch to 5K & 10K by App Symphony on the Google Play store, whose C25K component mirrors that of the NHS. The voice guidance is very robotic and concise merely telling when to run and when to walk rather than offering encouragement and platitudes. It does, however, allow you to play your own music and podcasts from other apps on your device such as VLC Media Player or Spotify, which it will interrupt briefly with instructions to walk or run before letting you continue your listening and activity.
