Small break in the rain so on went the running gear and headed off on a slightly different route. Tried very hard to slow it down and I did it! Very happy, thank you guys for all your advice π the slightly quicker pace was on the 2k downhill section.
Feet wet and shoes very muddy as track full of puddles but who cares, loved my run πββοΈ

Fab-u-lous! Slow is always good. Although that doesn't look too slow to me! You are doing a grand job I slowed right down after graduating, as I just kept finding it too hard and I thought I was going to have to give up. So glad I didn't! I ran today and it was filthy weather, sleet and freezing, my fluffy bed socks were like soggy sponges but, like you, I loved it!
