With a 4 o'clock Friday finish it was lovely to be able to have a daylight evening run for the first time since the early weeks of couch to 5k.
The asthma gremlin (I have called him wheezy) is with me at the moment so the run was not particularly easy and certainly not quick but I did at least find a bit of rhythm after about 4k.
Still nice to get more distance under my belt and a great start to the weekend.
Run happy, run safe.

Doesn't need to be smooth or pretty it just needs to be done and you did it...
Hi Jan, I'm not sure if I am wanting to push beyond 10k or not, I already feel leg wise and energy wise I could probably do a half marathon, the issue is the asthma.
If I can get that right under control I might push on, if not I am perfectly happy doing 3 runs a week with one of them a 10k.
