I got out this evening for a good run around the village, 7k in under 50 minutes again so happy with both the time and the way I managed my asthma.
My thing at the moment is, do I want to extend my distance and aim for a half marathon or shall I just stick to running regular 10k, decisions decisions but I guess there is no rush.
Run happy and run safe.

Nice run, nice time. I’ve managed a 16.6km run, but it is tough on the old joints and not sure how the full 21km would work out. But slowly, slowly you can extend your distance and see what you like.
I’ve found I can manage 12km - not easily, but without too much grief, but upping it to 16km really hurts my hips. So my assumption is that is my hips are telling me that they much prefer 12!
I am guessing your bod will let you know exactly what it thinks of longer distance running..., as you say there’s no rush.
