Whoa, those are some space age looking shoes! After my fall on the ice a few weeks ago followed by runs with trepidation on pathways mostly cleared with some ice patches where, if big enough, I'd stop to put on my slip-on spikes, I mentioned to my husband that I needed shoes with spikes built in that I could turn off or on with the flip of a switch on the shoe. Maybe I wasn't too far off 😆

I wonder would those be legal in a race (Oscar Pistoriousesque)?

They look like the running equivalent of an ejector seat! Im sure I get the same benefits with my On Running shoes, without the scary springs 😳
