The 10 is the Magic Number 10k Plan- the certificate!

Firstly an apology- I am not a graphics person ( which is pretty obvious!!!). However here is the final certificate for completing the 10 is the Magic Number 10k plan.

I will pin this post so if you haven't finished yet its here when you are ready....

SO- I have had a lot of you ask when the next one is which is super exciting. So this is the plan ( bear with ):

1.I will be posting the next one on the 16th Feb ( to co-incide with the end of Rignold 's squats plan), and may be timely for working off all the Valentines Day goodies ( if you are lucky enough to get something!).

2. It will last for 8 weeks so we have consolidation time which is really important ( so there will be 2 weeks the same).

3. It will be a rolling plan. The first week will have the plan and all of the vids, then it will be a weekly post to update on progress etc. Then we will start all over again.

No doubt it will tweak as we learn. Please do message me any feedback on what can be improved or changed. I welcome this feedback

I just did my first ever 10Km yesterday evening it took me 75 minute though!

I am so proud now that I am able to do it. looking forward to the next challenge.
