Squat challenge Day 4 - with added features!
Good morning Skwaatsters.
Hope you are all feeling refreshed and raring to go for day 4.
There is a bit of a twist today though...

Rignold. The teamrhomboid page does not display correctly on an iPad (well not on mine anyway). Loads the big logo and 2 lines if text, then 10 sec wait then loads first para, then 10 secs etc. on down page. Maybe it is just my iPad. Loads eventually though so I just leave it to do its stuff and come back a few mins later. Anyone else see this issue or is just my iPad? Not a connection speed issue (mine is 6253536 gazillion mega tera thingies) Worth checking out if you are connected to the webdesign?
My iPad loads fine Lordi . It's slow but I can see everything.
Hmm that is odd. Loads fine on both my iPads and my phone. I am not particularly techie when it comes to iDevices I am afraid.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Must just be my iPad then.
My ipad denied the pics as did my phone..... I have just done mine with my colleagues ( nurses) and we had alot of fun practicing.
How very odd. Anyone else using phones able to see pics or not?

Have been enjoying this! I have to confess I have been doing it in the bathroom at work (in the interests of saving time in the evening) which probably isn't the best, but there is a nice low bidet which serves my purpose well, and I must stress that it's quite a plush bathroom. So Rignold, you have brought squatting into the heart of the Vatican...

Oh dear, the family squatted yesterday before I read this post! Will get the camera out tonight instead...
An interesting little exercise for me. Did the squats barefoot and my right hip drops more than my left which throws everything out of sync. I know I have a tilted pelvis so it's not that surprising, but will do the same wearing my running shoes which have special orthotics fitted to see what a difference that makes. I think I'll be filming my squats often 🙂
What happened to Day 5? I can't hold this squat 1/2 inch above the toilet lid any longer! It's been 2 days already!
