Went out for my first run to try and get to 10k (always said I only wanted to be able to go out and run 3 miles whenever I felt like it). Well I can do that now and really enjoy it especially at my local Parkrun. Today covered 6.5k by running for 10 minutes and walking 1 minute 4 times as per the bluefin app. Last couple of minutes of final run were hard and I did opt out of running uphill by going down a couple of side roads.
