This is good stuff, and I do various bits of it. It's important to stick to the routine and do it during the rest days. I've got mine suggested by my physio based on my dishevelled body's requirements and if done correctly they are extremely helpful.
Mind you, some are easier for some of us then they are for others, especially planks, if you fancy those. A lot will depend on age, body shape and weight but most are doable by all.
