In no particular order

Is anyone else having trouble with the HealthUnlocked App on their iPhone? Mine keeps crashing as soon as I open it, and if it DOES last longer than a few seconds tells me I can’t post because I don’t belong to any communities.

Having had the unintentional break I have now run two days in a row, intentionally, because that’s what My ASICS wanted me to do. Though I suspect they didn’t intend anyone to do an evening run followed by a morning run. In my defence, last night’s run was a run/walk/stop Canicross affair that saw us completing just under 5k in just under an hour. A gaggle of us turned out to celebrate my friend’s return to running after she wrecked her knee early on in the summer.

This morning’s run was another Canicross session, with friends who are - along with me - working up to doing a half marathon in March. I spent the entire run listening to My Asics telling me I was going too fast 🤦‍♀️ because this week I am on Week 1 “Preconditioning”. Including a few pauses for doggy comfort breaks, checking what direction we needed to go (we were in some local(ish) woods and my cool down walk I did 5.9k in 52 minutes.

I will have a rest day tomorrow, I will remember to foam roll (if the latest foster dog will let me - I think he might well want to play with the roller as he is a Staffie). Then Thursday, while he is away being neutered I will go out dogless and try to do the really slow jog the Asics lady wants me to.

There should have been something else, but I can’t remember what 🤔

HealthUnlocked app working ok for me on iPhone. I did have a problem with it about 5 weeks back and uninstalled it and then reinstalled. It has been fine since.

I think I missed your news about training for a HM!? Where and when? Squiggs would definitely want to play with a foam roller 😁 do you foster rescue dogs? (Sorry lots of questions!)
