Well my plans went to pot went at 3km I was nicely stung in the calf by a wasp/bee/horsefly thing... needless to say there were profanities in the air and my best John Cleese impression at high speed... thoughts of the awful scene in 'My Girl' resulted in every buzz making me edgy... maybe Saturday I will do the long one 🤔

Ouchy! It is the season for insect bites, little blighters. I was bitten by a horsefly last week and I reacted badly as usual. My arm looked like popeyes arm, it had doubled in size lol. Hope you haven't reacted too badly.

I was bitten to death on my plot the other day so now I look like I have chicken pox. I am out there again today so have bought some Jungle insect repellant. Ruddy things!

I got stung twice in my thigh last year, by a wasp, through my jeans!, while over the field walking the dog. It really hurt! 😩
